PURPOSE: A dispenser locking apparatus for a solution container is provided to prevent a solution from discharged to the outside which can be caused from pressurizing a nozzle head by mistake. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser locking apparatus for a solution container is installed on the solution container(10) including liquid like shampoo, rinse, a detergent for a shower, a detergent for a kitchen, or cosmetics. A discharging pipe(33) and a pump(35) are fixed to the entrance of the container to discharge the solution inside through a nozzle. A slide type lock is installed in the inside of a container cap to interfere the pumping operation of the suction pipe.
