PURPOSE: A method and a device for inspecting a solar cell are provided to increase a range of a space between solar cells for enabling a probe unit to probe each solar cell by adding a rotation shaft to the center of a multi-probe unit. CONSTITUTION: A head unit(100) has a plurality of probe units(150). A rotation unit rotates the head unit according to a space between solar cells. A controller controls a rotation angle of the head unit by controlling the rotation unit. A wire unit(190) is combined with the heat unit to be electrically connected to a plurality of probe units.
