PURPOSE: A tunnel type yellow soil oven is provided, which can reproduce the taste of the traditional loess roasting and produce superior products by keeping nutrition of the raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel type yellow soil oven comprises a body(10), a heat sink(20), a conveyer belt(30), an air inlet port(80), a heat source supply part, a charcoal part, an elvan part, and a controller. The body is made of the yellow soil and is equipped with an outer door(11). The heat sink comprises a compulsive discharge unit. The conveyer belt is driven by the motor installed outside a gateway of the body and is connected from the motor to the outside of the other side gateway. The air inlet port supplies the external air to the inside of the body. The charcoal part supplies the heat to the inside of the body. The heat source supply part is heated by the heating source is provided by a plurality of heat source supply parts. The controller controls the heating source provided by the heat source supply part. |
