PURPOSE: A device for purifying and processing contaminated materials for making clean river and wetlands is provided to remove suspended materials and heavy metals through aquatic plants and aggregate filter layers, and to filter minute contaminated materials through a fine filter. CONSTITUTION: A device for purifying and processing contaminated materials includes the following: an ecology clean water disposal plant(10) surrounded with a cut-off wall(11); a plurality of microfilters(20) on which filaments(23) of high intensity is rolled; a purified water discharge pipe(24) exposed to river(1); a suspended material discharge pipe(25) exposed to the top of a planting space; a ball filter medium installed between the microfilters; an aggregate filter layer built in the top of the ball filter medium; and a wetland creating device.
