METHOD FOR GROWING UP MUSHROOM WITH A LOT OF ORGANIC SELENIUM

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing mushroom with high content of organic selenium is provided to cultivate the mush room by manufacturing a wood pot containing the organic selenium after making diluted liquid by dissolving the organic selenium in water. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing mushroom with high content of organic selenium includes the following steps: diluting sodium selenate powder in water 600l after dissolving the sodium selenate powder in water of 20°C; putting a wood pot(1) into a bag(2) made with a high density heat resistance polyethylene film with a thickness of 0.02=0.04mm; binding the bag with a rubber string after twisting the film bag on which diluted liquid(3) is stored; maintaining temperature of 100~105°C in the wood pot in a vapor and sterilization room for 100 hours; gradually cooling the wood pot for 4 ~ 7 days; ad cultivating the mushroom in a cultivating room after inoculating mushroom fungus into the wood pot.
