PURPOSE: An ultrasonic hair drier irradiating an ultrasonic vibrating energy is provided to focus the ultrasonic vibrating energy to a target to be dried and to maximize an electro acoustic conversion effect by preventing the energy from dispersing. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic hair drier comprises the following: a connector(10) receiving electrical energy from an external oscillator; a piezoelectric vibrator(20) converting the electrical energy to an ultrasonic vibrating energy; a booster(50) amplifying the ultrasonic vibrating energy outputted from the piezoelectric vibrator; a horn(70) additionally amplifying the ultrasonic vibrating energy; a plane wave disc(80) to evenly apply the amplified ultrasonic vibrating energy to a target; and a conversion cell focusing the dispersed ultrasonic vibrating energy to the opposite side of the target by reflecting the energy with a first sound reflecting board and a second sound reflecting board.
