PURPOSE: An intermediate shaft assembly for vehicles is provided to have stable collision absorbent performance in a vehicle crash by managing sliding power applied between an outer shaft and an inner shaft. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate shaft assembly for vehicles comprises an outer shaft(1), an inner shaft(2), a bushing assembly(3), and a bearing assembly(4). A hole is longitudinally formed in the outer shaft. The inner shaft is inserted into the hole of the outer shaft. The bushing assembly surrounds the inner shaft. The bearing assembly is located between the bushing assembly and the outer shaft. The bearing assembly is contacted with the bushing assembly and the outer shaft.
