<p>PURPOSE: A balance weight system of a crank shaft is provided to improve the endurance and lubrication of the support bearing by increasing the oil thickness on the bearing. CONSTITUTION: A balance weight system of a crank shaft comprises a crank shaft, a first balance weight(100), a ninth balance weight(140), a second balance weight(105), an eighth balance weight(135), and a balance weight group. The balance weights are successively arranged along the length of the crank shaft. In the first balance weight, a first crank pin is located at 90 degrees and the centroid is located at 78~82 degrees from a horizontal line. In the ninth balance weight, the centroid is located at -82~-78 degrees from the horizontal line. In the second balance weight, the centroid is located at +86.5~+89 degrees from the horizontal line. In the eight balance weight, the centroid is located at -89~-86.5 degrees from the horizontal line. The balance weight group has rotation inertia moment of 13% to 17% to the first to ninth balance weights.</p> |
