PURPOSE: A belt with a guide member and an image forming device with the same are provided to prevent inclination of belts not to influence an image formed in an image forming device and supply a belt with a guide member, which has improved abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A belt with a guide member and an image forming device with the same comprise a transfer belt(100), a guide member(110), and a reinforcing tape(120). The transfer belt comprises a guide member for preventing inclination formed in the inside. The guide member includes a rubber sheet and carbon black. The reinforcing tape can prevent abrasion due to contact of the transfer belt and a roller.
