In the water supply/discharge pipeline installed a filter, the oil production well head equipment connected to a separator inlet. Between the wellhead equipment and the separator installed controlled valve connected electrically to the control block. The submersible pump electrically connected to the control block. The separators first outlet connected to the oil collection tank via a transfer pump. For oil transfer into a tanker, its equipped with a mooring buoy, located in the opened sea, fixed to the sea bottom with a rope or a chain and connected with oil pipeline via flexible sleeve, the flexible sleeve routed by the sea bottom from the platform, fixed on the mooring buoy, connected to a valve executed with a rapid-action coupling, for example with bayonet one, for connection to the tanker's riser.
