FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises feeding molten plastic material in proportioning cavity, feeding preset amount of material from proportioning cavity via through channel into mould cavity and injecting molten plastic material from said through channel into mould cavity by filling piston for it to stop the hole between the channel and mould cavity, and for filling piston front face to make a part of mould peripheral wall. When said filling piston starts working stroke, mould cavity is filled for less than ninety percent. Said piston starts its working stroke when molten plastic material is still fed from proportioning cavity. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency, reducing sizes and lower power consumption. ^ 23 cl, 3 dwg |
