PURPOSE: A filter manufacturing method is provided to remove fine dust effectively, and to make the filter including micropores which are used for various uses conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A filter manufacturing method includes the following steps of: manufacturing a board by mixing soluble matters with base materials of the board; forming the micropores on the board by dissolving the soluble materials; and manufacturing the board after gelation of a mixture consisting of the soluble material or the base materials of the board. The melting point of the base material of the board is higher than the melting point of the soluble material.
