PURPOSE: An electro-optical device and an electronic apparatus are provided to improve the entire handling of an apparatus when the apparatus is connected to the outside or mounted. CONSTITUTION: An electro-optical device includes an electro-optical panel(100), the first wiring substrate(200), and the second wiring board(210). The electro-optical panel executes an electro-optical operation. The electro-optical panel has a connection terminal in a panel side. The connection terminal in the panel side inputs/outputs a signal for electro-optical operation on a board. |
