PURPOSE: A method of bottom up approach of a nano structure using a DNA bio molecule is provided to quickly and reversibly control structure and produce structure or pattern of nano size. CONSTITUTION: A method for disjoining a hair pin structure of DNA comprises: a step of dissolving single stranded DNA (303) with the hair pin structure connected to a conductive material in an aqueous solution and a step of adding electromagnetic filed to the aqueous solution to heighten the melting temperature of the single stranded DNA over melting temperature.
