PURPOSE: A tool dumping device of a tool magazine is provided to make disassembly automation using a clamping member and a pivot member. CONSTITUTION: A tool dumping device of a tool magazine comprises a pressure cylinder(10), a driving member(20), a pivot member(30), a clamping member(40), and an elastic contact assembly(50). The pressure cylinder includes a delivery shaft(11). The delivery shaft can move back and forth in axial. The drive member is connected to the delivery shaft of the pressure cylinder. The drive member has a clamping mouse(21). A shaft(31) of a pivot member moves within the clamping mouse of the drive member. The clamping member is pivoted along with the pivoting member in the tool magazine in a coaxial direction. The elastic contact assembly contacts the pivot member and is located on the clamping member.
