PURPOSE: A heat mattress and a bed are provided, which enable a user to selectively foment the eyeball, shoulder, knee, and foot part while being laid comfortably. CONSTITUTION: A heat mattress and a bed comprises a main body(1) and a heater for selectively applying heat to the upper body positioned in the upper surface portion of the main body. The heater comprises an eyeball region heater(2), a shoulder heater(3), a knee heater(4), and a foot heater. The heater can constitute a mat that is equipped with an electric heating device and can constitute a cover plate(6) having a movable member which moves position corresponding to characteristic of the body.
