REINFORCED CONCRETE TUNNELS BY USING CORRUGATED STEEL PLATE AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A reinforced concrete lining tunnel using corrugated steel plates and a construction method thereof are provided to construct a tunnel of high quality by completing a first lining and then carrying out a second lining while securing the stability of the tunnel structure. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced concrete lining tunnel comprises a first lining(5), a second lining(20), a corrugated steel plate(30), and a two-stage groove supporting board(40). The first lining is installed on the inner surface of excavation. The second lining is formed on the inner side of the first lining. The corrugated steel plate is formed on the inner side of the second lining. The two-stage groove supporting board has a fixing groove and a moving groove formed in parallel, where the fixing groove supports the bottom of the corrugated plate and the moving groove allow the corrugated plate to move.
