PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent device is provided to enlarge a front light emitting structure by solving a resistance problem due to a large size manufacture. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent device includes a first electrode, a second electrode(70), and a light emitting layer. The second electrode is faced with the first electrode. The light emitting layer is positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode. The second electrode is formed by successively laminating a first inorganic oxide layer, a first metal layer, a second inorganic oxide layer, and a second metal layer. At least one of the first metal layer and the second metal layer includes at least one group selected from groups composed of Ag, Au, and Pt.
