PURPOSE: A footwear rotation apparatus is provided, in which a lower rotation plate and an upper rotation plate are restored to the original position when the load is removed. CONSTITUTION: A footwear rotation apparatus comprises: a cap(10) in which the left and right of the cross-section are inclined contrarily; a fixed supporting shaft(20) which is inserted into and fixed to the center of the cam; a compression spring(30) which is arranged in the outer side of the cam; a rotation pulley(40) in which a pair of sliders are protruded; a lower rotation plate which is fixed at the supporting shaft and is fixed to the upper part of the rotation pulley; a rotation adjusting element(50) consisting of the rotation plate arranged in the top of the lower rotation plate; a stage(60) supporting the weight of a user; and a return member(70). |
