PURPOSE: A service announcement alarm device and a method using a frequently used menu are provided to supply service announcement information of the communication carrier without additional advertisement material. CONSTITUTION: A service announcement alarm device and a method using a frequently used menu are as follows. A selection frequency in which a specific menu is selected of the function menu of the terminal is produced. A set value is compared with the selection frequency. It determines whether there is the selected menu(S130). The communication common carrier service announcement information is outputted with a menu display(S140). The communication common carrier service announcement information is the information saved in the terminal.
