PURPOSE: A muffler plating device for a motorcycle and a method thereof are provided to simplify assembling processes by preventing catalyst from being plated despite plating a muffler after assembling unit components including catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A muffler plating device for a motorcycle comprises a hanger(100), and a sealing member(130). The hanger forms a connection pipe support bar(102) and a hollow support bar(103). The connection pipe support bar supports the upper end of a vertical part of an L-shaped hanger body(101) to rotate on a hanger transport unit(110). Each support bar is vertically and horizontally formed on the upper portion of the vertical part and a free end of a horizontal part of the hanger body. The sealing member is coupled with the connection pipe support bar.
