PURPOSE: An installation stand for an outdoor heat exchanger of an air-conditioner is provided to adjust the height of a supporting plate after installing the outdoor heat exchanger completely by adjusting the width of the supporting plate. CONSTITUTION: An installation stand for an outdoor heat exchanger of an air-conditioner includes a supporting plate, a width adjusting plate, a fixing frame, a supporting frame, a height adjusting groove, and an inclined angle adjusting member. The supporting plate(110) has a plate shape, and divided into a right supporting plate and a left supporting plate. Each supporting plate faces a part which supports the outdoor heat exchanger. The width adjusting plate(410) is fastened by a width adjusting hole while supporting the bottom of the supporting plate. The fixing frame(310) is fixed on both corners of the supporting plate vertically. The supporting frame(210) is combined with the top of the fixing frame. The height adjusting groove(610) is formed on the bottom of the fixing frame and the supporting frame.
