PURPOSE: A friction plate for a transmission, and a manufacturing apparatus and a method of the same are improve the abrasion resistance without attaching the additional steel plate to the friction plate. CONSTITUTION: A friction plate for a transmission includes a friction plate, a body, iron, alloy or copper. The body(100) of the friction plate is made of the iron alloy or the copper alloy.
