PURPOSE: A composition for preventing hair loss and hair graying and method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce production cost and control flavor and taste. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing hair loss and hair graying contains amino mix, Curcuma longa, Cynanchi Wilfordii Radix, Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg, and red cabbage. A method for manufacturing the composition for preventing hair loss and hair graying comprises a step of cutting the red cabbage and Curcuma longa and mixing with amino mix; a step of adding vinegar; a step of maturing; a step of adding Cynanchi Wilfordii Radix, Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg, water and soju liquor and heating; and a step of extracting and concentrating.
