PURPOSE: A diamond wire saw is provided to transform the surface with a diamond segment with an electro-deposition method. CONSTITUTION: A diamond wire saw comprises a wire(31), a spring member, a plurality of thick and thin beads, a plurality of spacers, and a connector. The spring member is inserted in the wire. The spring member is plasticized to make the adjacent wire adhere closely. A monomer is repeatedly formed on the spring member. A plurality of thick and thin beads is inserted in the wire. The spacer is respectively interposed between beads. The connector is interposed between the spring member and the beads.
