PURPOSE: A water gate weight falling device for a winch is provided to ascend and descend a water gate by automatically or manually applying in a winch. CONSTITUTION: If the water gate is operated with the electro-motive force, one or more second friction plates and one or more first friction plates(2080) are fixed with the mutual friction. A second shaft is fixed with the manual part to fix a first shaft. A second friction plate(2090) is connected to the first shaft in which the electro-motive force is delivered. The first friction plate is connected to the second shaft connected to a manual part. A first friction plate is connected to the second shaft in which the manual force is delivered. |
