PURPOSE: A separation coding base map transmitting device and a method at a multi-hop relay wireless telecommunication system are provided to reduce the burden of the operation quantity for confirming the resources allocated to Lower nodes of the base station. CONSTITUTION: A decoder(524) decodes a map received from an upper node. An encoder(528) separately codes the map IE(Information Element) of a lower node included in the map using a station ID and a MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme) level of the lower node. A transmitter(522) transmits the map IE separately coded to the lower node. An interpreter(526) confirms the resources allocated to the lower node through the map IE of the lower node. A controller(530) transmits data of the lower node through the resources.
