<p>Twin mould unit on a table which rotates to allow cavity blocks to be presented in turn beneath each of two independent top moulds and injection units, one of which works in conjunction with a shoe upper insert reciprocating to one side of the daylight. Different polymers may be injected successively at each station into the same cavity to form the sole and an integral upper before the moulding is ejected. The design may be extended for injection of a third or additional material if desired, as a complete integrally moulded shoe in a single cycle.</p> |
