PURPOSE: An optical member and a display device having the same are provided to radiate light uniformly by using a diffusion pattern. CONSTITUTION: In an optical member and a display device having the same, a light is passed through an incident face(51). A projection face(52) is opposite to the incident face and radiates light. A prism pattern(53) is formed on the projection face. A diffusion pattern(54) is overlapped with the prism pattern, reflects the incident light in total reflection, and guides the total-reflection light to the incident face.
