PURPOSE: A rear wheel toe angle controller for a vehicle is provided to control a rear wheel toe angle by descending an assist arm toward the lower surface of a vehicle by transforming torque of a driving motor to a control lever through a planetary gear. CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel toe angle controller for a vehicle comprises: a drive motor(10); a planetary gear(20) which is installed to the driving shaft of the driving motor and transfers torque; a control lever(30) which is connected to the planetary gear and rotates by receiving the torque; and an assist arm(40) which is connected to the one end of the control lever. The assist arm controls a rear wheel toe angle by descending an assist arm toward the lower surface of a vehicle according to the rotation of the control lever.
