PURPOSE: An oil drain device of an oil filter is provided to increase the airtight capability by sealing the upper part of a connection part and the bottom side of a recess. CONSTITUTION: An oil drain device of an oil filter comprises a center rod(10) and a sealing(30). The center rod is fixed to the filter cap on the center part of a filter element. The bottom part of the center rod is inserted in a connection part(6) which connects the filter housing inside and an oil return path. The sealing is installed in the bottom part of the center rod. The sealing shuts tightly the filter housing inside and the oil return path. The center rod comprises a protruding part(15) formed on the bottom part into the form covering the top part of the connection part. A coating film of the rubber material is formed on the lower surface of the protruding part.
