PURPOSE: A nuclear fuel swap device of a pressurized heavy water furnace type atomic electrical power plant is provided to maintain a stable fluid force regardless of the flux variation of a fluid by expanding an area of the flow path of a slot. CONSTITUTION: A flow hole is formed in a plurality of columns and rows in a body(120). A nuclear fuel contact unit(110) is combined in one side of the body. A flux controlling unit(130) is combined in the other side of the body. The flux controlling unit comprises an orifice housing(131), an orifice ring(133), and a spring(134). A plurality of slots are formed in the orifice housing. The orifice ring slides on a slot in order to control an area of the flow path of the slot. The spring is arranged between the orifice housing and the orifice ring.
