FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATE HAVING TRANSPARENT BARRIER COATING USING SURFACE PLASMON RESONANCE

PURPOSE: A flexible substrate with a transparent barrier coating using surface plasmon resonance is provided to simultaneously improve a barrier feature and transmittance of a flexible substrate. CONSTITUTION: The first blocking layer(210) is formed by alumina(Al2O3). The first blocking layer is formed on one side of a flexible substrate. Ag is layered on one side of the first blocking layer to generate a surface plasmon resonance phenomenon so that a permeation layer(300) is formed. The second blocking layer(220) is formed by alumina. The second blocking layer is formed on one side of the permeation layer.
