PURPOSE: A pump motive power transfer device of an internal combustion engine cooling system is provided to assemble a structure in a rivet unification mode by absorbing the couple of forces using a bumper. CONSTITUTION: A pump motive power transfer device of an internal combustion engine cooling system comprises an insertion hole, a bumper stopper, a bumper rivet and bumper. The insertion holes are formed on a movable element(18) and a hub(14). The bumper stopper is mounted on the axis length direction of the driving shaft and supported using the insertion hole in a rivet mode. The bumper rivet is mounted on the axis length direction of the driving shaft. |
