A roll crusher contains an electromechanical actuator connected to a drive roll, the horizontal axle of rotation which is stationary, a driven shaft, the horizontal axle of rotation which is mobile, in the case the drive and driven rolls are connected by a gear transmission, and a shock-absorbing spring mechanism for moving the driven roller and a mechanism for adjustment of size of a gap between the rolls. Gears of drive and driven rolls are interconnected through a pair of intermediate gears. The driven shaft is mounted in a crank, the axis of angular deviation of which coincides with the axis of rotation of one of the intermediate gears. The electromechanical actuator is also equipped with a frequency converter of supply current of the actuator. |
