PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for managing the integration memos of a mobile communication terminal are provided to use and manage a memo in a communication terminal by generating and storing memo information having different formats in one integrated memo file. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(101) receives memo information, and a memo manager(103) integrate the different kinds of memo information from the input unit to generate an integrated memo file. A storage unit(105) stores the integrated memo file, and an output unit(107) outputs the contents of the integrated memo file to a user. The integrated memo file includes at least two of a character, a figure and sound memo information.
