CONSTITUTION: A pumping device of a liquid storage vessel comprises: a head valve(110) mounted on the container storing content; a supply opening and closing member(130) which guides lowering and rising of the exhaustion guide member and comes into contact with the outer circumference of the exhaustion guide member; an exhaustion guide member(140) which discharges the content of supply opening and closing member to the nozzle; an exhaustion guide member in which pressure is released; and a restoring module member(150) restoring the pumping head.
