PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing one side of woven or knitted fabric using a soft rubber mangle with an air spray is provided to process the surface of the woven or knitted fabric without a separated process, and to reduce processing costs of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing one side of woven or knitted fabric comprises the following: a mangle including an upper roller(101) and a lower roller(102); a processing liquid supply part(104) applying processing liquid to the surface of the lower roller; and an air spray(105) adjusting the amount of the processing liquid applied to the surface of the lower roller. The surface of the upper roller or the lower roller is made of rubber.
