PURPOSE: A compact image photographing device is provided to fix a hosing to a magnet without using an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A lens holder installs a hosing to move up and down. A coil member(131) winds in a circle by an axis of lens at a side of the lens holder. The coil member moves the lens holder up and down by the electromechanical power when power is on. A magnet(132) is arranged close to side of the coil member. A cover(140) is installed to cover the upper side ad side of the housing.
