PREPARING METHOD OF RED GINSENG FOR PROTECTION COLOR CHANGE AND IMPROVING STORAGE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of red ginseng is provided to prevent a carbonization and a discoloration phenomenon of red ginseng by processing and drying steamed raw ginseng with electric field or low-frequency treatment. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of red ginseng includes the following steps: washing raw ginseng; steaming the washed raw ginseng; drying the steamed raw ginseng with a constant temperature constant humidity machine in 5~30°C for 12 ~ 24 hours; acquiring the red ginseng by drying the steamed ginseng with a vacuum dryer; and processing the dried red ginseng with low frequency treatment.
