The invention relates to equipment for manufacture by the method of rotational extrusion products of "cup" class. A rolling machine contains rolling rollers, a spindle, a mandrel mounted on the spindle, a table with an axial support made with power moving between the rolling rollers and in upper position of the table it projects above the upper surface from the side of mandrel. The machine also contains a feeding mechanism of spindle, an actuator and a control mechanism of actuator at reaching by the workpiece on the mandrel of the height of finished product by means of a post, an end switch and a limiting bar. The limiting bar is made in the form of a ring located coaxially with the mandrel with possibility of movement on the bar made as a whole with the axial support of table. From the upper surface of the table into the ring a ring insert is installed with possibility of rotation at contact with the upper edge of the workpiece while moving the spindle by the mandrel from the upper position and interaction with the upper edge of the finished product when moving the mandrel by spindle from the lower position. The invention improves the reliability of the control mechanism of actuator. |
