PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve landing accuracy of the upper car and the lower car of a double-deck elevator having an inter-car adjusting mechanism.
SOLUTION: The upper car 2 and the lower car 3 are arranged in a lifting frame 1 driven by driven by a hoisting machine (not shown), and the inter-car adjusting mechanism 14 formed of a link mechanism is interposed between the both cars 2 and 3. The position of a detection plate 35 detected by a landing device 36 and the distance between the both cars 2 and 3 are adjusted so that the landing error is zero when a balanced load (50% of rated load) is charged onto the both cars 2 and 3 (Fig. A). When the upper car 2 undergoes the rated load and the lower car 3 undergoes no load, the lowering and rising of the car floor occurs, as shown Fig. B. This is corrected based on deflection amount of vibration proofing members 31 and 32, as shown Fig. C. The stopping position of the lifting frame 1 is also corrected based on the deflection amount.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
