PURPOSE: A tilt and telescopic steering system equipped with a stopper is provided to prevent a bending or/and a jamming in a collision of a vehicle by placing a distance member between an outer tube and a mounting bracket. CONSTITUTION: A tilt and telescopic steering system equipped with a stopper comprises: an inner tube(103) and an outer tube(105) which surround a steering shaft(101) and relatively slide each other ; a mounting bracket(107) which fixes the inner tube and the outer tube; a distance member(106) which is fixed on a one side of the outer surface of the outer tube in the mounting bracket; and a lever(113) which is combined with the mounting bracket by a bolt(109), a nut, and a cam.
