POROUS FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A breathable film with low permeability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the breathable film by uniformly maintaining the permeability of a heating device which is directly contacted with skins. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a breathable film includes the following steps: melting and mixing compound compositions for a medical breathable film; manufacturing the film by extruding the mixed compositions; manufacturing the breathable film by stretching the film; cutting an intermediate part of the film; manufacturing the two breathable films; applying adhesives on each side of the film(10,20); and laminating the first and the second breathable films.
