PURPOSE: A protective film is provided to reduce time-elapes change without making curling, and to improve economical efficiency without damages to an outer surface of a prism film with good stiffness. CONSTITUTION: A protective film includes a base layer consisting of ethylenepropylene block polymers or propylene - ethylene - butadiene terpolymer of which melt index is 3 ~ 9g / 10 minute in 230°C. The protective film is made by laminating an adhesive layer consisting of ethyl vinylacetate(EVA) copolymer or ethylenemethacrylate(EMA) copolymer of which Melt Index is 1 ~ 7g / 10 minute. The stiffness of the whole film is 0.2 ~ 0.9.
