STRAIGHT MEASURING METHOD AND APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A straightness measurement method and a straightness measurement device are provided to easily calculate the surface profile of an object and measure straightness by applying the calculated profile. CONSTITUTION: A straightness measurement method comprises following steps. The population of the early generation is created(SB1). Each object is evaluated by an evaluation function and the adaptation of each object is calculated(SB2). The object for intersection is selected(SB3). A new object is created by crossing one side of emulation curve or pitching component of the selected object pair(SB4). The object for the mutation is selected(SB5). The new object is created by causing mutation on the selected object(SB6).
