GRIPPER SYSTEM FOR TEST HANDLER AND TEST HANDLER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A gripper system for a test handler is provided to improve efficiency of the test by increasing the transmission speed between the grippers. CONSTITUTION: A gripper system for a test handler includes a first gripper(100) and a second gripper(200). The first gripper includes a first lower support part(110). The first gripper receives the customer tray stack on the first lower support and horizontally transfers the customer tray stack. The second griper has a second lower support(210). The second gripper receives the customer tray stack on the second lower support and transfers the customer tray stack vertically. A first avoidance space(270) is formed in the second gripper. The first avoidance space receives the first lower support inside the second lower support to connect with the first gripper.
