PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating a sinker is provided, which prevents damage of the fishing equipment and safety accident. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating a sinker comprises: a hooking part(2) in which a sinker is formed on one end and a loop(4) connecting the line(8) is formed on the other end; a pipe(3) in which a leader(7) is inserted; a buoyant member(1) in which a groove is formed or of which branched part is curved; and a fixing cap(6) which rigidly fixes a leader. The buoyant member is formed in a banana shape or a spatula shape.
