PURPOSE: A contact apparatus for a surface mounted device is provided to improve durability of a contact apparatus by distributing a load applied to the contact apparatus through a plurality of bending parts. CONSTITUTION: A contact apparatus(200) for a surface mounted device includes a first bending part(220), a first contact part(230), a second bending part(240), and a second contact part(260). The first bending part is extended from one end of a fixing part(210), and is bent as a fixed curvature radius. The first contact part is extended from the first bending part. The first contact part has a fixed curvature radius. An end part of the first contact part is extended toward the fixing part. The first contact part is contacted with a contact terminal(201). The second bending part is extended from the other end of the fixing part, and is bent as a fixed curvature radius. The second contact part is extended from the second bending part. The second contact part has a fixed curvature radius. An end part of the second contact part is extended toward the fixing part. If a load is applied to the first contact part, the second contact part is contacted with the first contact part.
