COMPARATOR

摘要

PURPOSE: A comparator is provided to have the hysteresis characteristic regardless of the change of an environment condition. CONSTITUTION: A comparator includes a comparison unit(100) and an adjusting unit(200). The comparison unit outputs an output signal having a high threshold voltage and a low threshold voltage by comparing input signals. The comparison unit outputs the output signal in a high state when the difference between the input signals is same as the high threshold voltage or greater while the output signal is in a low state. According to an external control signal, the adjusting unit adaptively adjusts the high threshold voltage and low threshold voltage.
